Ad hoc announcement pursuant to Art. 53 LR

Alpine Select Ltd. («Alpine Select» / the “Company”) hereby informs its investors and other interested market participants that it expects a profit of approximately CHF 2,100,000 in its financial statements per 30 June 2025. This preliminary result was calculated based on the documents available to the Company to date for the valuation of its investments. In the comparative period (as per 30 June 2024) a profit of CHF 3’602’000 was reported.

Alpine Select plans to publish the definitive half-year result on 8 September 2025 and the semi-annual report as of 30 June 2025 on 12 September 2025. The Company also publishes regular updates on its business performance. This enables shareholders and other interested parties to follow the development of the portfolio of the Company on an ongoing basis.
